These terms explain the rules for using the Reverb Crystals website and buying from our shop. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them as short and plain as we can. If anything is unclear, email us at brandon@reverbcrystals.com.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read and share links to our crystal guides, blog posts and products for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break or overload it, get into parts of it or accounts that aren't yours, copy it wholesale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your account
You don't need an account to shop, but if you create one, please give accurate details and keep them up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account, so choose a strong password you don't use elsewhere. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and let us know. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to break these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in USD. We work hard to keep product details, prices and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
Our bracelets are made from natural stones, and no two stones are exactly alike. Colour, pattern, banding and small natural marks vary from stone to stone, so the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photos. We see that as part of the charm of a natural material, not a fault.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through.
We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock, or if it was listed at the wrong price because of an error. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Shipping and returns
We currently ship to United States and Canada. If you're not happy with your bracelet, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Delivery times, tracking, returns, damaged items and refunds are all covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

The crystal meanings and properties described on this site, including chakra, zodiac and energy associations, reflect traditional, cultural and spiritual beliefs. We share them for general interest and enjoyment.
They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Crystals and our bracelets are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, please speak to a doctor or other qualified professional, and don't delay or stop any treatment because of something you've read here.
Intellectual property
The text, design and our own product photos on this site belong to Reverb Crystals. Please don't copy or republish them without our permission, though you're welcome to share links. Some photos, such as those in our crystal guides, come from other photographers under their own licenses. They're credited on the pages where they appear, and those licenses apply to them.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and its content “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we change how the shop works. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
